The Covid-19 pandemic that arose in China has negatively affected all the economies of
the universe to a maximum or small extent, thus being that district municipalities or local
governments play a very important role in the development and economy of the country. This is
why many organizations, especially municipalities, adopt new work styles that allow them to
provide timely attention to their community. The objective of this research was to determine the
relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in workers of the district
municipality of San Bernandino in times of COVID 2020, for this the type of research was
descriptive correlational, also the study sample was of 25 workers. For this research, two
instruments are used: the first is the Organizational Climate questionnaire by Sonia Palma (1999)
and the second is the Job satisfaction questionnaire by Price, adapted to the Peruvian context by
Alarco (2010). The result obtained determined that there is a direct correlation between both
variables with a low effect size (Rho = 187, p = 370), likewise 60% of workers saw favorable
levels of organizational climate, and 44% of workers present a high level of job satisfaction; What
it is concluded that a better organizational climate greater job satisfaction will be had in the
workers.
